JH Computing Delivery Policy

We aim to make receiving your repaired or purchased items as seamless and reliable as possible. Please take a moment to review our delivery terms below.

1. Delivery Timeframe

All deliveries are processed within 2 to 4 business days after payment has been confirmed and reflects in our account. This timeframe may vary depending on your location and the availability of courier services.

2. Delivery Areas

We deliver to most locations within South Africa. If your area falls outside standard courier zones, an additional delivery fee or longer delivery period may apply. We will notify you in such cases before dispatching your order.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and item size. Any applicable delivery charges will be quoted and agreed upon before finalizing your order or repair return.

4. Tracking and Updates

Once your item is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided where applicable. You may use this to monitor the status of your delivery through our courier partner's website.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet the 2–4 day delivery window, external factors such as public holidays, extreme weather, or courier delays may affect delivery times. We will communicate any known delays promptly.

6. Responsibility

JH Computing takes all necessary steps to package and hand over your item securely. Once the parcel is with the courier, responsibility for safe and timely delivery is transferred to them. Please notify us immediately if your parcel is delayed or arrives damaged so we can assist you accordingly.

7. In-Store Pickup

If preferred, customers may arrange to collect their repaired or purchased item directly from our location during business hours. Please ensure prior confirmation to avoid delays.
