Device assessments are free only if you proceed with the recommended repair.

If you choose not to accept the repair quote, a R80 assessment fee will apply.

Assessment includes a diagnosis of the device and a repair recommendation.

We are not responsible for issues not identified during the assessment.

By sending in your device for assessment, you agree to these terms.
