  • Clients acknowledge that payment is due for all completed work, even if the issue persists or cannot be fully resolved.
  • All repairs are considered final once completed.
  • Reliable, secure, and functional hosting and website design are provided.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and content.
  • JH Computing is not liable for downtime or third-party issues beyond our reasonable control.
  • The Website Builder is provided “as-is”; clients are responsible for content compliance with applicable laws.
  • Support is provided as outlined in the service agreement.

Online Shop

  • Product availability, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance and payment verification.
  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • JH Computing is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or third-party courier issues.
  • Warranty information, where applicable, will be provided with the product.

Payments

  • All payments for services, repairs, or products are due immediately unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Clients remain liable for payment for services completed as per our Repairs Policy, even if the problem persists.
  • We accept payments via Direct EFT.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, logos, software, and materials on this website are owned by JH Computing or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our materials without prior written permission.

User Responsibilities

  • Use our website and services lawfully and not for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful purposes.
